For many, the City One Shatin area is among the most liveable neighbourhoods: shopping centres and markets close to home, the Tuen Ma Line nearby, and evening walks or bike rides along the Shing Mun River. The Yuen Shun Circuit residential site acquired by Sun Hung Kai Properties is east of City One Station. Public reports suggest it is expected to provide around 280 homes.
